End user licence agreement

Developer refers to Cyclonekitten

1. Grant of License

The Developer (Cyclonekitten) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
limited license to install and use the Trihexangular Launcher and the games provided
through it solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Distribution Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

Distributing, hosting, or "mirroring" the games on any third-party websites, please use the public itch.io page.

All the code for the launcher is public and mostly open source, use official channels to access code and games.

3. Ownership

The Launcher and all associated games are the intellectual property of the Developer.
This license does not grant you ownership of the software;
it only grants you the right to use it under these terms.

4. Prohibited Acts

Don't break any laws... ... ...

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind.
The Developer is not responsible for any damage to your computer system or
loss of data that results from the use of the software.

Debugging tools are built into the launcher, and are especially prone to damage.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.
Your rights under this license will terminate automatically
without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.

7. Reagreementing...

This licence may be changed at a future date, a notification will be sent to your email (if provided)
A agreement notice will also appear inside the game launcher, which has to be agreed to
